Her journey in sports and movement has taken her through various avenues, leaving an indelible mark on her athletic pursuits. At 42 years old, standing at 160 lbs, Stacey is a prime example of the transformative power of dedication and passion.

From a young age, Stacey's focus was on competitive swimming and running, channeling her energy into these demanding disciplines. However, her love for athletics and the art of movement took a different path during her higher education, leading her to obtain an associate's degree in dance and choreography. An unfortunate foot injury temporarily derailed her dance aspirations, yet it unexpectedly propelled her back into the water, igniting a new chapter of swimming with her US Masters team in Broomfield.

In 2022, Stacey's dedication to swimming culminated in notable achievements. She secured state titles in the 1650 free and 1000 free events within her respective divisions. Eager to explore new horizons, Stacey ventured into open water races, participating in two challenging events in Florida. She showcased her talent and determination, securing a second-place finish in her division for the 2.4-mile race.

The same year, Stacey embarked on an impressive running spree, completing a race every week for five months. Accumulating over 100 race miles and triumphing in more than 10 races, she demonstrated her exceptional endurance and competitive spirit. In a fortuitous turn of events, she was presented with the opportunity to participate in her inaugural IronMan competition, an extraordinary feat that further exemplifies her unwavering commitment to pushing her limits.

Now, as Stacey transitions into the Gaulus level in RFL, new goals await her. With less than a year of fighting experience, she aims to improve her skills in the combat sports aspect of her athletic journey. As a multisport athlete, Stacey recognizes the importance of self-defense and seeks to refine all facets of her athleticism, particularly focusing on honing her combat sport abilities.

Stacey's impressive track record extends beyond swimming and running. Her notable mile times, with a swift 6:23, and her commendable performances in 5k (23:55), 10k (49:36), 10-mile (1:26), and half marathon (1:53) races demonstrate her versatility and tenacity as a well-rounded athlete.

In the realm of swimming, Stacey showcases remarkable proficiency. Her times of 2:12:06 SCY for the 200 free, 12:34:27 SCY for the 1000 free, and an impressive 21:51:42 SCY for the 1650 free attest to her dedication and prowess in the water. Furthermore, she fearlessly embraces open water challenges, with times of 1:49:24 for the 5k and 1:14:32 for the 2.8-mile races.
